The Ordering Process
All items are made to order. Once your order is placed the item is added to workshop plan and will be handmade and despatched within 5 working days. This will vary for bespoke items, but we will always communicate closely with the customer during the initial design and quote process.
We use various courier services to deliver your orders in order to stay competitive with P&P costs on larger items.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it up to 14 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code as well as the address to return items to. No returns will be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Code. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there is no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the items only. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
*Bespoke items cannot be returned nor refunded.
